When Life Gets Messy: How to Keep Going When Disappointment Hits Hard

How to Keep Going

My insanely accurate intuition tells me that life has been, well, lifting for you lately. It’s messy, not just out there in the world but right here in your mind. That inner chaos is translating into outer overwhelm, creeping into your life, your business, and leaving you with mounting stress and anxiety, and a nervous system that’s struggling to keep going. You might even catch yourself scrolling, wondering, How do they keep going? How do others seem to have their shit together when my mind is a whirlwind? It can feel like they know something you don’t, like maybe something is wrong with you. This is probably the most raw, honest, and vulnerable I’ve been—because sharing this isn’t easy for me either. But I’m trusting my intuition here, feeling that this level of transparency is what’s needed to normalize the truth: sometimes, this shit is just messy. And yet, I still find a way to show up, even when I’m right in the thick of it.

Ep 778 The Emotional Side of Launching No One Talks About (The Truth about Selling Your Offers!)

Launching an online program can look exciting from the outside. The announcements, the social media posts, the excitement of welcoming new clients into your world. But behind the scenes, there is an emotional side of entrepreneurship that almost no one talks about.

In this episode, I’m sharing what it actually feels like to launch and sell your offers online while you are in the middle of doing it. Because the truth is that building an online business and promoting your work can bring up far more than just marketing strategy. It can bring up vulnerability, pressure, self-doubt, and the quiet mental stories entrepreneurs create when they are putting something meaningful out into the world.

If you are launching a course, coaching program, membership, or digital product, you have likely felt some version of this. The emotional rollercoaster that happens while you are selling your offer online. The moment where you wonder if you explained it clearly enough. The moment where you check the numbers and your brain starts creating stories about what it means.
