Managing Intense Stress, with Guest Gayl Walder EP008

Gayl Walder (find her online at gaylwalderyoga.com)

Gayl is an ERYT certified yoga instructor, teaching at prestigious wellness clubs and centers, like Equinox. She’s also a Mother of 4, and a survivor of multiple serious surgeries, after learning she carries the BRCA breast cancer gene.

In this interview Gayl shares her best practices for managing intense stress, both physical and emotional. Her inspirational story is one so many of us can relate to; the consequences of giving to everyone except ourselves. She has an innate ability to get people “unstuck,” and her mission is to help as many people as possible reclaim their strength and self-care, becoming as she says, “unfuckwithable.”

Business breakups and friendship dissolutions don’t get talked about enough in the online space — yet these are the wounds that cut the deepest and take the longest to recover from. EP 743 {Part Two} From Breakdown to Breakthrough: The Story Behind My Timeline Jump

Inside this episode, you’ll hear the real signs of a quantum leap that almost no one talks about. Like why rest feels threatening. Why your body keeps trying to “do” and produce. Why your brain keeps trying to make problems where there aren’t any. Why you feel disoriented even though you know you’re entering a new timeline.

This is where the subconscious rewiring happens. This is where the new identity replaces the old one at the root. This episode will help you understand what your body is doing, what your brain is trying to protect you from, and how to regulate your nervous system so the new timeline can actually lock in — instead of snapping you back to the old reality through fear, distraction, and overthinking.

EP 742 {Part One} From Breakdown to Breakthrough: The Story Behind My Timeline Jump

What if the breakdown you’re in right now is actually the bridge to your next timeline? In this raw, story-driven episode, Tiffany pulls back the curtain on one of the biggest timeline jumps of her life, a season that looked like everything was falling apart, but was actually falling into place.

You’ll hear the real, behind-the-scenes truth about what a timeline jump feels like — not the romanticized version that goes viral online, but the messy middle where faith is tested, identities collapse, and everything you thought you wanted starts to dissolve.

If you’ve been feeling lost, detached, or uncertain about what’s next, this episode will help you see the divine order behind the chaos — and remind you that your breakthrough always arrives right after the breakdown.
