How your Attachment Style is Controlling your Cash Flow, with Guest, Dr. Morgan, Clinical Psychologist, Relationship Coach, and my Client EP294

The two biggest mistakes I see when it comes to money and business.

After coaching thousands of people who come to be after months or even years of nothing working in their businesses, it’s almost always because of these two obvious yet sneaky mistakes.

  1. Focusing all 95% of your time, effort, and attention on figuring out how to build your dream business, instead of focusing on repeat action. It is far safer to our egos and nervous systems, to be studying, brainstorming, and “figuring it all out” than is it to do the damn thing.

No you aren’t going to get it perfectly right out of the gate, in fact, you won’t ever get it perfect. Your lack of willingness to do it imperfectly, do it before you are ready, do it and learn along the way, it actually delaying your dreams.

I’ve seen people stay in this “stuck” and Overwhelm Spin Cycle (as I call it) for years….all because that is more comfortable than putting your offers out there and risking it being a total flop, people hating it, and having to eat humble pie.

  1. Not being willing to sit in the dirty diaper. There is this WILD expectation and belief that starting and growing a successful business is all Bali and butterflies. As soon as it starts feeling too uncomfortable, unsatisfying, and invalidating, you bounce on to the next thing. Sis, you’ve got to be willing to sit in the sh!t, if you want the gold.

The creative process of dreaming up and planning your dream business whether that be in real estate, network marketing, coaching, or healthcare is the honeymoon period of this relationship. As soon as the water is ice cold with no sign of any warm water coming anytime soon, 95% of people jump out, and jump on to some other shiny object.

When I say to y’all, I can only help guide you if you are willing to go ALL IN, that’s because after 15 years of coaching people, I know what it takes for you to be successful. I want you to hear from one of my clients on today’s podcast, so you can determine if you are ready to go ALL IN on your dreams.

Ep 818 The “Everything Is Going to Shit” Crash Out: How I Handle It in Real Time

What do you do when everything seems to go wrong at once, and you have absolutely no idea how it’s all going to work out?

I was supposed to release a completely different episode today. It was already recorded. Everything was planned. Then I woke up to some major fucking bullshit…followed almost immediately by more bullshit.

So I scrapped the plan and hit record while I was still in it.

This isn’t an episode about resilience from the other side, when everything has worked out and you can package the experience into a beautiful lesson. I’m taking you behind the scenes of how I handle stress, uncertainty, business setbacks and unexpected life problems in REAL TIME, before I know the outcome.

Because when multiple things go wrong at once, your brain loves to take individual problems and turn them into one giant story:
Everything is falling apart.

Ep 817 The “Everything is Going to Sh!t” Phase before Your BIGGEST Quantum Leap w/ Shamina Taylor, Attorney Turned Wealth Expert

What if the moment when everything in your life seems to be falling apart at once isn’t proof that you’re going backward, but part of what happens before your biggest expansion?

Wealth expert and creator of The Quantum Woman™ framework Shamina Taylor joins Tiffany for a deeply honest conversation about what a quantum leap actually looks like in real life, including the part nobody wants to talk about: the breakdown before the breakthrough.

Shamina takes us inside her own quantum crash-out, when the successful life she had built began crumbling and forced her to confront what achievement, logic and pushing harder could no longer fix. What came next required emotional healing, identity work, learning to trust the unseen, and completely changing her relationship with money, success and herself.

Ep 816 Why Do You Procrastinate When You KNOW What to Do?

You know you need to post the content, talk about your offer, hire the help, make the investment, have the conversation, or finally start the thing you’ve been thinking about for months.

You’ve researched it. Planned it. Journaled about it. Asked ChatGPT 47 different ways. And you’re still not taking action.

This isn’t a motivation or discipline problem. And it definitely doesn’t mean you’re lazy.

Procrastination and self-sabotage can be automatic stress responses designed to protect you from what taking action might expose you to: failure, rejection, judgment, uncertainty, visibility, and even success.
