How High Performers Self Sabotage Themselves out of Massive Success [Money Trauma Series] EP454

Avoiding the “hard” is sabotaging your success.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve coached, mentored, and consulted with thousands of people. One thing that is true about every one of those people is they all have blind spots, and they all carry a self-sabotaging behavior.

There are two types of people:

  • Person A: You may not think you have one.
  • Person B: You may know for sure that you do, but aren’t sure how to stop it.

Most of my clients identify as high performers and extremely self-aware. Yet they are stumped as to why their business isn’t growing faster, or why everything feels so hard for them and looks easy for everyone else.

A great place to start is to look at what you’re avoiding in your life.

What do you tend to put off?

What do you say you know you need to do and then you don’t?

When we avoid, it is our attempt to delay some kind of perceived pain, discomfort, or life disruption.

If you knew for certain it would work out for your greatest good, then why haven’t you gone ALL IN with it yet?

Let’s explore this deeper together.

Business breakups and friendship dissolutions don’t get talked about enough in the online space — yet these are the wounds that cut the deepest and take the longest to recover from. In today’s conversation, I’m joined by Psychologist and Attachment Style Expert Dr. Morgan Anderson — and we’re talking about the silent trauma of losing friendships and partners you once shared your vision with.

EP 743 {Part Two} From Breakdown to Breakthrough: The Story Behind My Timeline Jump

Inside this episode, you’ll hear the real signs of a quantum leap that almost no one talks about. Like why rest feels threatening. Why your body keeps trying to “do” and produce. Why your brain keeps trying to make problems where there aren’t any. Why you feel disoriented even though you know you’re entering a new timeline.

This is where the subconscious rewiring happens. This is where the new identity replaces the old one at the root. This episode will help you understand what your body is doing, what your brain is trying to protect you from, and how to regulate your nervous system so the new timeline can actually lock in — instead of snapping you back to the old reality through fear, distraction, and overthinking.

EP 742 {Part One} From Breakdown to Breakthrough: The Story Behind My Timeline Jump

What if the breakdown you’re in right now is actually the bridge to your next timeline? In this raw, story-driven episode, Tiffany pulls back the curtain on one of the biggest timeline jumps of her life, a season that looked like everything was falling apart, but was actually falling into place.

You’ll hear the real, behind-the-scenes truth about what a timeline jump feels like — not the romanticized version that goes viral online, but the messy middle where faith is tested, identities collapse, and everything you thought you wanted starts to dissolve.

If you’ve been feeling lost, detached, or uncertain about what’s next, this episode will help you see the divine order behind the chaos — and remind you that your breakthrough always arrives right after the breakdown.
