Your fears about others’ perception of you

Is it your fear that others will judge you? These fears can paralyze you and keep you from following your dreams. But who are these people you believe will not approve? You’re obsessing about a few people not applauding your choices, your business, or your actions. Do you consider these people to be important or do they pay your bills?

When you think about who you are afraid of being judged by, you realize that their opinion doesn’t matter much. The person could be someone from high school or a family member, and neither of them is hiring you. So why do we let them hold us back from achieving the success we want? Success and happiness do not depend on their approval.

How can you overcome these fears

I almost didn’t do it (true story).

Crazy that I spent TEN YEARS in pure fear resistance, worrying about what will my corporate clients think. People will think I’m being narcissistic. Maybe I’m too fat to do this, or not pretty enough. People who I know will think I’m cheesy and talk crap about me.

All of that time and energy I wasted worrying about other people could have been spent taking action on my dream life and helping people who need my expertise.

It’s never to late to start
