Cashing in on Your Passion while Staying True to Yourself, with Guest, James Patrick, Award-Winning Fitness Photographer, Author, and Founder of FITposium EP109

Just because you are good at something doesn’t mean you have to do it for a living.

My lord do I wish someone told me this early in life!

So many people (me included) turn what we are good at into a career, never asking ourselves if we are truly passionate about it or enjoy it.

We may love the awards, praise, and accolades from doing these things we are good at or even naturally gifted at, but that doesn’t mean it’s what we are meant to do.

I am naturally great at conflict resolution and crafting corporate documents, while these are great skill sets, I am not passionate about either, in fact I don’t enjoy them at all.

The magic happens when we align our gifts with our passions. My guest on today’s podcast episode found that magic and he’s going to share how you can do the same.

Ep 793 Why Everything Starts Feeling Hard & Heavy: The Play Solution w/ Co-Founder of Refinery29 & Author Piera Gelardi

Feeling exhausted, mentally blocked, emotionally disconnected, uninspired, or burned out from constantly being “on”?

In this deeply powerful episode, Tiffany sits down with Piera Gelardi, co-founder of Refinery29, author of The Playful Way, and creator of the Numa Luma app, to explore why so many ambitious adults lose touch with play, creativity, joy, imagination, and emotional freedom — and how that disconnect impacts everything from mental health and nervous system regulation to abundance, relationships, creativity, business success, and overall fulfillment.

This conversation dives into the psychology of burnout, high-functioning anxiety, over-productivity, entrepreneurship pressure, and the emotional cost of constantly operating in survival mode.

If you’ve been searching for how to feel inspired again, how to reconnect with yourself, how to stop feeling emotionally numb, how to get out of burnout, or why success still feels heavy even after accomplishing so much… this episode is going to hit deeply.

Ep 792 Why Success, Growth & Healing can Feel so Lonely

There’s a lonely season that happens before your life changes.

The season where you start outgrowing old conversations, old relationship dynamics, old coping mechanisms, and even old versions of yourself. From the outside, it can look like you’re becoming more successful, more visible, more confident, and more aligned. But internally? It can feel isolating while your nervous system, identity, standards, and relationships are trying to catch up to the level you’re stepping into.

In this episode, Tiffany Carter opens up about the emotional side of personal growth, business expansion, identity transformation, success, visibility, and reinvention that people rarely talk about.

This conversation is especially for entrepreneurs, high achievers, creatives, and ambitious women who feel disconnected as they build their next level.

Ep 791 Fire Horse Year Wake-Up Call: Why You Haven’t Hit Your Next Level Yet

If you have been feeling the pull toward your next level but something is not fully clicking, this episode is your wake-up call.

There is a specific kind of tension that happens when you know you are capable of more, you can feel the expansion, but your results are not fully matching that energy yet. This is where a lot of people either rise or stay in the same cycle.

In this episode, I break down what is actually happening beneath the surface when you are not hitting your next level in business and life, and why it has less to do with strategy and more to do with decision, fear, and how you are showing up.

This is not about doing more. It is about getting honest about what is really holding you back and shifting how you move forward.
