Managing the Toxic People in Your Life, When to Remove them, What to Say, and How to Heal from their Negative Energy EP152

Four years ago I had to remove almost everyone from my life, if I wanted to save my own.

The toxic people I had in my life were literally killing me (slowly), and I had been allowing it my entire life.

You see when you are raised in a highly dysfunctional environment; you get desensitized to unhealthy and toxic behavior. In fact, it becomes familiar, so in a twisted way, it’s actually comfortable to you.

So for me I was drawn to narcissists, sociopaths, and active addicts my entire life. Now I wasn’t aware of this subconscious attraction, I just thought I attracted messed up people because that’s all I was worthy of.

Then those sick people reinforced the belief that I was unworthy, so round and round the endless revolving door of craziness we go.

If you have anyone in your life right now, whether it be a lover, a boss, a “friend,” a coach, or a therapist that makes you feel anxious, nervous, confused, or exhausted after spending time with them….you have a toxic person in your life.

Now what Tiffany? Listen to this episode to learn how it manage it, when to remove these people from your life, and how to do it safely.

Ep 818 The “Everything Is Going to Shit” Crash Out: How I Handle It in Real Time

What do you do when everything seems to go wrong at once, and you have absolutely no idea how it’s all going to work out?

I was supposed to release a completely different episode today. It was already recorded. Everything was planned. Then I woke up to some major fucking bullshit…followed almost immediately by more bullshit.

So I scrapped the plan and hit record while I was still in it.

This isn’t an episode about resilience from the other side, when everything has worked out and you can package the experience into a beautiful lesson. I’m taking you behind the scenes of how I handle stress, uncertainty, business setbacks and unexpected life problems in REAL TIME, before I know the outcome.

Because when multiple things go wrong at once, your brain loves to take individual problems and turn them into one giant story:
Everything is falling apart.

Ep 816 Why Do You Procrastinate When You KNOW What to Do?

You know you need to post the content, talk about your offer, hire the help, make the investment, have the conversation, or finally start the thing you’ve been thinking about for months.

You’ve researched it. Planned it. Journaled about it. Asked ChatGPT 47 different ways. And you’re still not taking action.

This isn’t a motivation or discipline problem. And it definitely doesn’t mean you’re lazy.

Procrastination and self-sabotage can be automatic stress responses designed to protect you from what taking action might expose you to: failure, rejection, judgment, uncertainty, visibility, and even success.
