Going from Feeling Lost with a Lack of Purpose to Clarity and Drive, with Guest Jessie Harris Bouton, Former Professional Race Car Driver Turned 6-Figure Mompreneur and Author EP105

I can’t think of anything worse than feeling like you are lost with no purpose in life, but we have all been there, and maybe you’re in that spot right now.

I swear I felt this way for most of my life. I knew I was meant for more but I couldn’t put my finger on it, and the more I tried to figure it out the more lost I would feel, can you guys relate?

Many people have periods of time where they have a temporary identity crisis like after they have kids, marriage, a health crisis, or when they hit a certain birthday. Just know it is completely normal to feel lost sometimes, as I like to say, “we need to get lost sometimes in order to find ourselves.”

This is exactly what happened with the guest I have on today’s episode.  As a former professional 300+mph racecar driver, a major life and career change left Jessie Harris Bouton feeling lost and unfulfilled in life and business.

As Jessie set out to reinvent herself and save her health, marriage and motherhood through intentional living techniques, she felt a deep pull to empower others to do the same by simply choosing to use their power to pursue their desires rather than restrain them by becoming a certified life and business growth strategist, author, podcaster and speaker.

Jessie is not shy about sharing her struggles and failures inspiring you to persevere and get you on the fast track to success quicker and easier.  As a motivated mompreneur, Jessie teaches simple, high-impact strategy to ditch the overwhelm, attract more clients and increase your cash flow organically to get you on your way to your 6-figure business fast!

Ep 818 The “Everything Is Going to Shit” Crash Out: How I Handle It in Real Time

What do you do when everything seems to go wrong at once, and you have absolutely no idea how it’s all going to work out?

I was supposed to release a completely different episode today. It was already recorded. Everything was planned. Then I woke up to some major fucking bullshit…followed almost immediately by more bullshit.

So I scrapped the plan and hit record while I was still in it.

This isn’t an episode about resilience from the other side, when everything has worked out and you can package the experience into a beautiful lesson. I’m taking you behind the scenes of how I handle stress, uncertainty, business setbacks and unexpected life problems in REAL TIME, before I know the outcome.

Because when multiple things go wrong at once, your brain loves to take individual problems and turn them into one giant story:
Everything is falling apart.

Ep 817 The “Everything is Going to Sh!t” Phase before Your BIGGEST Quantum Leap w/ Shamina Taylor, Attorney Turned Wealth Expert

What if the moment when everything in your life seems to be falling apart at once isn’t proof that you’re going backward, but part of what happens before your biggest expansion?

Wealth expert and creator of The Quantum Woman™ framework Shamina Taylor joins Tiffany for a deeply honest conversation about what a quantum leap actually looks like in real life, including the part nobody wants to talk about: the breakdown before the breakthrough.

Shamina takes us inside her own quantum crash-out, when the successful life she had built began crumbling and forced her to confront what achievement, logic and pushing harder could no longer fix. What came next required emotional healing, identity work, learning to trust the unseen, and completely changing her relationship with money, success and herself.

Ep 816 Why Do You Procrastinate When You KNOW What to Do?

You know you need to post the content, talk about your offer, hire the help, make the investment, have the conversation, or finally start the thing you’ve been thinking about for months.

You’ve researched it. Planned it. Journaled about it. Asked ChatGPT 47 different ways. And you’re still not taking action.

This isn’t a motivation or discipline problem. And it definitely doesn’t mean you’re lazy.

Procrastination and self-sabotage can be automatic stress responses designed to protect you from what taking action might expose you to: failure, rejection, judgment, uncertainty, visibility, and even success.
