Sure, maybe behind closed doors, in a therapist’s office, or a support group, but certainly not on public platforms for everyone to hear.

It’s wild that I even have to give this warning, right? But the reality is, we’ve normalized hiding the struggle, as if it doesn’t exist. Yet, the mess is essential to growth—you can’t reach success without it. It’s part of the recipe, but people avoid it like the plague. Why? Because we’re told no one will want to work with us, respect us, or listen if they see our mess.
