Summer has a way of distracting many people from their dreams. It’s an easy excuse that sounds reasonable; “I’ll get back at it after the summer.”

This is no different than telling yourself, you will “start on Monday,” or “after the holidays,” or “when the kids go back to school.”

After 15 years as an entrepreneur, I’ve heard all of the stories and reasoning people use to resist going after their dreams. I’ve also used them myself, and before I knew it three years passed me by, then six, then TEN! (yes it took me 10 years to start ProjectME)

If you’ve been in this resistant state, it’s for one of two reasons:

You believe that you will have to sacrifice something you don’t want to lose, in order to generate the money you desire.
You don’t believe it’s truly possible for you, so it’s not a top priority.

Neither of these beliefs is getting you any closer to having the business, the cash, the freedom, and the options you want.

So the first order of business here is to adopt new beliefs:

I get to generate all of the money I desire in a way that feels good to me. In fact, I will do everything possible to make sure of it.
If it’s possible for millions of other people to become millionaires, then it is also possible for me. I deserve a life of true blissful freedom.
